What if I wanted to escape this ‘perfect’ world?  What if I wanted to scream out of frustration?

Is there a space for that?

As a designer, I enjoy offering others space where you can express yourself. Thanks to my background as a singer, I know how wonderful it is to express yourself through your voice. The building is divided into two ‘worlds’. One where you can be in silence, and one where you can let loose completely for a moment. A true contrast in space, therefore.

The building is accessible to everyone in the area. You can enter it as a group, for example with colleagues as a team-building activity, or for groups of primary school children to learn at a young age how wonderful it is to express your emotions and energy, or simply to take a moment to rest. In addition to groups, it is also pleasant for individuals to enter. For example, local residents can let off steam after their school or workday and come here completely into the here and now.

The ground floor of the building is divided into two parts. On the one hand, a circular labyrinth where you can wander in the dark and be guided through the space by meditation sounds and blue-reflecting twilight; on the other hand, a playing field where running, screaming, and hitting are permitted in the dark. In both worlds, it is also possible to make sounds yourself via subtle triangles or loud church bells. The physical experience in the building is central.

On the first floor, there are several large rehearsal rooms where bands or ensembles can rehearse. On the second floor, there are smaller music rooms for singing and music lessons, or just to have a good scream all by yourself. There is also a larger performance space with a sliding door to an open outdoor area on the roof.
